REDI-EXIT Compact Series Window Well

The REDI-EXIT Compact Series Egress Window Well is just 9.3 square feet in surface area, making it one of the smallest egress window wells available in the market that meets the IRC 2006 code requirement of 9 square feet minimum and 36 inch horizontal projection.

The REDI-EXIT Compact Series Basement Egress Window Well combines the toughness of low-density polyethylene with the rigidity of high-density polyethylene to create a quality impact resistant Egress Window Well that functions across a wide range of temperatures.

The REDI-EXIT Compact Basement Egress Well has steps molded into it on all sides for super strength and ease of use. It's available in two colors wicker (light beige) and granite (gray) to blend with your residence. The wells interior dimensions are 37 1/2" wide x 36" deep x 60" high. The 60" height can be cut down to any size needed.

The one piece construction means no assembly on site, making the REDI-EXITР’В® Basement Egress Window Well one of the easiest to install.
