Economy Series Basement Window Well Egress Ladders

The IRC 2006 code requires any egress window wells that are 44" deep or greater to have either a ladder or steps to allow for easy exit in an emergency. All of our Polyethylene or Fiberglass egress window wells have molded in ladders or steps. Our garden step egress window wells allow use the tiered landings as steps.

A separate ladder is needed for the REDI-EXITР’В® Economy Series Basement Window Wells as they are deeper than 44".

The REDI-EXITР’В® Economy Series Basement Window Well Egress Ladders are made of high grade steel that has a white powder coated finish.

The Ladder comes in 4-rung size to fit 44 to 60" Basement Egress Window Wells, and 5- rung sizes to fit 72" Basement Egress Window Well depths. Each rung is 12" step-to-step, and projects 4".

Each Egress Ladder has pre-drilled bolt holes for permanent attachment to the Egress Window Well.
