mar-flex Lifelines Standard Basement Egress Window Wells

The one piece mar-flex Lifelines Standard Basement Egress Window Wells are molded of polyethylene with UV inhibitors to resist fading. These Basement Window Wells are available in three colors; White, Sandstone, Granite.

These Egress Window Wells are 69 1/2" wide at the top, 60 1/2" wide at the bottom and 46" front to back. They come in two heights: 63" and 83" with built-in stairs and handrail. The wells have a mounting flange for direct attachment to the foundation and are supplied with a hardware installation kit.

The mar-flex Lifelines Standard Basement Egress Window Well meets all IRC 2006 code requirements and is designed to work with our REDI-EXITР’В® Single Hung In-swing Egress Windows, or REDI-EXITР’В® Sliding Egress Windows, and matching mar-flex Lifelines Standard Window Well Cover or mar-flex Lifelines Standard Window Well Grate.
